We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our team. As IT Delivery Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the successful planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects within an organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading cross-functional teams of software engineers and other technical professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Supervise and support multiple project managers to ensure their success in managing projects effectively.
- Creating project plans, timelines and budgets and monitoring progress against them.
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, including requirements, specifications and design documents.
- Enduring that projects meet the highest standards of quality, reliability and security.
- Coordinating with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements were fully understood and met.
- Identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery or quality.
- Communicating project status, risks and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Should be familiar with the agile methodology.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in the industry.
